Starting from our received inheritance, that of a historic collection of vintage sherry dating back to 1920, in the decade of the 2000s we began a new working method, experimenting with the line of biologically aged vintages. This in turn led to the launch of the first vintage fino of the Jerez Region, fino 2006, and more recently the first amontillado. The current Williams & Humbert vintages are the result of the philosophy of our winery: combining tradition with innovation.

Sherry possesses unequalled versatility. The possibility to obtain a wide and varied typology of wine via dynamic or static ageing and from a single variety, the Palomino grape, makes sherry an exceptional wine. Thanks to this diversity, few wines adapt to so many different consumption moments as sherry does.

Together with the Criaderas and Solera system, which provide the wine with homogeneity, this static ageing process enables us to savour the uniqueness of these unrepeatable vintages. Uniquely different wines that reflect the vintage of the year and its particular climatological conditions, and which contain the essence of our land, our vines and our history.
